Dr. Zahirra Kara is a very kind and caring lady. She assessed my problems thoroughly and treated me using various techniques to find the 'best fit'. She also isn't adverse to traditional western medicine if appropriate. One thing I really appreciate about Dr. Kara is that she recognizes her patients are human and does not pass judgement when we don't do the things (diet and exercise) that we know we should.
